Colorado-Based AI & Technology Advisory
Most owners are too busy running their business to figure out where to start.
Cervit helps small business owners figure out where AI and technology actually fit in their operations and what to do about it.
You leave every engagement knowing exactly what to do next. Not a report. A decision.
Start with a free 15-minute intro call. If there is a reason to go deeper, we will tell you.

What makes this different
The people you meet are the people doing the thinking with you.
A Colorado-based partner for owner-led businesses that need usable direction.
We help you decide what is worth doing, what can wait, and how AI fits with the systems you already use.
Founder-Led Advisory
Cervit is built for business owners who want a thinking partner: direct access, practical judgment, and clear next steps from the people doing the work.
What We Believe
Technology does not create value. Better business outcomes do.
AI is not the strategy. Technology supports the strategy.

LinkedInopen_in_newThe Problem
The problem is not access to information. The problem is direction.
They are busy running their business.
They are hearing conflicting information.
They are unsure what deserves their attention.
Who We Have Done This With
We have run this process with professional service firms, university faculty, and early-stage product companies. Every engagement comes down to the same questions: what to integrate, what to rebuild, what to leave alone, and what each path will actually cost in time, money, and attention. The answers are different every time.
How The Work Starts
Step 1
Free
A short conversation about your business and what you are trying to figure out. No pitch. No pressure. If there is a reason to go deeper, the next step is the Clarity Session.
Request a 15-minute intro callarrow_forwardStep 2
Free / 45 Minutes
We get to know your organization: how work happens, what tools you use, and where friction shows up. You leave the clarity session knowing three things: where AI fits in your operation, where it does not, and the one place to start.
What you receive
How work actually happens, the tools and systems you use, and where friction shows up.
Where AI, automation, data, or better systems and processes could remove friction or create value. AI when it fits, other technology when it does not.
A direct recommendation for curriculum, assessment, roadmap, oversight, or a combination.
Step 3
After the clarity session, we point you to the path that fits, one of four ways we can help.
Teaching is not background. Education is one of the four ways we work with owners and their teams, inside their companies.
Four-hour working sessions that build AI fluency across your team. Start with one. Add the others when it makes sense.
01. AI landscape, industry application, tools & LLMs
02. Hands-on workshop: briefs, tools, and artifacts
03. Applying AI in your organization
There is continuity across the three, but no requirement. Most teams start with the first and decide from there.
Diagnosis for established companies: what you have, what you are missing, and what is worth paying attention to.
Best fit
Multi-department businesses that need scope clarity before deciding whether to build a roadmap.
A 12-month operational technology plan that sequences what to do, in what order, and how the work should evolve as the business grows.
Best fit
Early-stage companies that need direction, or established companies moving forward after an assessment.
We stay focused on strategy, education, and oversight. When implementation is needed, we help you work with the right execution partners.
Best fit
Owners who want the people who shaped the plan to stay involved through execution, so the recommendations are implemented correctly and they have peace of mind the work is being done right.
Cervit diagnoses, prescribes, educates, and orchestrates. We help you decide what should happen next, then stay involved at the right level as the work moves forward.
Why Curriculum Matters
The curriculum gives owners and teams a shared language for AI, automation, data, and technology decisions. It helps people understand the why before they are asked to change the how.
01
Understand the tools, terminology, limits, risks, and business context for AI.
02
Build briefs, compare tools, and create practical artifacts your team can evaluate.
03
Frame expectations, budget, leadership decisions, rollout, and adoption inside the business.
How It Works
The intro call is 15 minutes: a short conversation about your business and what you are trying to figure out, so we can both see whether there is a fit. If there is, the next step is the AI & Technology Clarity Session: 45 minutes to understand how your business runs, how your team is or is not using AI, and where work could be automated or improved.
And we look at more than AI. Automation, data, better systems, and the tools and processes you already use are all on the table. We start with the business problem and recommend AI only when it is the right fit.
Both conversations are free. If there is a fit for deeper work, we define scope and pricing afterward.
What you leave with
A clear sense of whether there is a mutual fit, and why
A view of where AI, automation, data, or better systems could remove friction or create value
A couple of recommendations on how an engagement with Cervit could work
A decision on whether curriculum, assessment, roadmap, or implementation oversight is the right next step
Both the intro call and clarity session are free. If there is a fit for deeper work, scope and pricing come afterward.
What You Receive
Current State
What we learn about your organization, operations, tools, and workflows.
Potential Opportunities
Where AI, automation, data, or existing systems could remove friction or create value.
Clear Recommendation
One recommended path forward. Not a menu. A decision.
What We Look At
We look at the whole technology picture: tools, data, workflows, people, decisions, and the places where the business is losing time or clarity.
How work moves from person to person, system to system, and decision to decision.
Where information lives, where it gets duplicated, and where it becomes hard to trust.
What you already use, what is missing, and what may not need to be added at all.
What leaders and teams need to understand before technology can create leverage.

Practical writing for business owners thinking through AI, technology, operations, and better decisions.
AI & Technology
My first AI expense was $20 a month. Then $200. Now I don't know the number until the bill arrives. AI looks like software, but it bills like a utility — and the meter runs on every token.
AI & Technology
In the first workshop session, the owner knew employees were using AI — just not how. Everyone was experimenting alone on personal accounts, every lesson trapped in a private login. The fix isn't a new tool. It's a shared foundation.
AI & Technology
A second brain is not a better filing system. It does not just store what you know — it preserves how you think. Here's why that's the difference between a business that scales and one that depends on you.
AI & Technology
Institutional knowledge lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, and one person's memory, until that person leaves. How Notion and Claude give owners a place for the business to actually remember how it works.

FAQ
Straight answers about what we do, who we work with, and what it costs.
We help small business owners figure out where AI and technology fit in their operations, and what to do about it. We are an advisory practice, not an implementation shop. You leave every engagement knowing what to do next.
Small and owner-led businesses, up to 250 employees, are exactly who we work with. If you are running the business and do not have time to sort out what AI is worth your attention, that is the person we built this for.
We are based in Colorado and that is where we work on-site. We also work with owners elsewhere remotely. If you are outside Colorado, tell us on the intro call.
It depends on what you need. The intro call and the clarity session are both free. If there is a fit for deeper work, we agree on scope and give you a fixed price in writing before anything starts.
That is the question we exist to answer, including when the answer is that it is not. We start with how your business actually runs and recommend AI only where it fits. Sometimes the most useful thing we tell you is what to leave alone.
A free 15-minute intro call. A short conversation about your business and what you are trying to figure out. No pitch. If there is a reason to go further, we will tell you.
